Guild Name and Website Ready to Go!
Hey everyone! I’m proud to announce that the guild name has been decided on, and it will be Immortal Council! Thank you to everyone for your input and suggestions. Between the e-mails and posts on the Guild Concept thread, this seemed to be the most popular choice, and definitely my favorite of the bunch.
On top of that, I’ve spent a good majority of the day, with the help of some friends of course, getting the guild website up and running for us.

If you wish to join us at launch, please click on the Recruitment tab at the top of the page, and send in an application. Don’t worry, this is just to help weed out spam-bots and to help us get to know the members a little better. All are welcome to apply and join. Please be patient as we continue to update the website and the forums with all relevant information. I just didn’t want to wait any longer to share the good news. Remember, if you have friends who you think may be interested in joining us as well, please don’t hesitate to spread the word and point them our way, we’ll be glad to have them.
Depending on the turn out and thoughts of the RW community, I can also add a RiftWatchers specific forum that is open to the public, where you just need an account to post and don’t have to be tagged as a member. That will be something for the future though, and after getting some feedback on the matter.
I hope to see everyone on the site and in the game! Launch day is getting closer!

Alas – I have never joined the predominant side in any MMO and will not start now. Cool name, I will look for you on the battlefield
I don’t generally care which side is predominant, I just like to play the side I feel I can connect with more. In this instance, it’s the Defiant. I would have played Defiant even if it was the weaker faction.
Either way, you should let us know where you end up. Maybe we can have a “friendly” rivalry. =)

Will you guys consider moving to Harrow considering the queue times on Sunrest?
We already have the guild formed and a majority of members invited. Having been around for many MMO launches, I’ve seen this happen before though. Queues will get down to tolerable levels in a few days, and it won’t be an issue getting on anymore.
Glad you guys are staying, on plan on holding out on Sunrest as well (although I am hoping many do bail!)
